Getting a horse vetted for purchase is frequently as stressful for the potential purchaser as for the owner. Dr Svend Kold from Willesley Equine Clinic, takes us through a five stage vetting. In Part 1 of the video, we find out the difference between a 2 stage and a 5 stage vetting and watch as Svend examines a horse at rest, trots up and also as he conducts a flexion test.
