Giorgione, (‘Gino’) was Carl Hester’s ride for Great Britain at the Barcelona Olympics and he is a Horse Hero for Dr and Mrs Bechtolsheimer. So much so, that they have built a statue in his honour which stands watch over their Olympic size outdoor arena. What happened to Gino? Find out here. Lallanslover 6 Sep 2009 Oh my, I just love to see such a wonderful horse looking so well in his retirement, and so much appreciated and cared for by Dr and Mrs B. Gino's wise grey eyebrows are just adorable!

lozziehumphreys 11 Aug 2008 What a star! We've just bought a 10 year old mare by Giorgione and she's got a great temperament, just like he seems to do. It's so nice to see him looking so well and enjoying life.
