I read in the paper this week that the powers that be are wanting to make showjumping more sexy to give it a wider appeal. The article had with it a photo of girls in frilly knickers.. surely that's for Wimbledon and jodpurs are sexy enough in their own right! What next?

But did you see the other pictures? I'm no prude but I think it's horrid, the sport is about jumping not sex. There are lots of things that can be done to give it wider appeal but this is not it. Infact, it's gross bad taste! Also, who chose the knickers?!
