Reversing trailers!

I have past my trailer test (not quite sure how) but I still can't reverse confidently. I usually get my boyfriend to do it for me but sometimes he's not there and then I get in a panic. The trailer gets all wiggly and my tracks on the ground are like snakes. I just can't work out how to get it to go straight back. Also when I turn in reverse e.g. to park it back at the yard I always seem to get it curling round back towards me and nearly jacknifing. Please do some video tips so that I don't look like an incompetent muppet any more!!!
