About this video
Choosing the right horse to buy is a tricky business! Finding the right competition horse just adds to the challenge! Four star event rider, Julie Tew, has bought a few horses in her time and is successful at top level. She tells us what appeals to her in the first instance and the system she uses to assess her future purchase. Starting with the eye, she moves through the horse's body and gives a clear explanation of what does and doesn't tick the boxes for her particular sport. Julie offers a great formula and invaluable advice!

Alexa 17 Mar 2009 very informative video.
rachyrooster 17 Mar 2009 This is a very useful video because it's so easy to know the things that you DON'T want in a horse - it's great to have two examples of what you DO want, and have them explained!
