Last day packing. We have had to dig out some old clothes for Touchy to wear so that we can wash his normal rugs ready for quarantine. He didn’t look too impressed at the results - bright green! He even made himself jump walking past the mirrors this morning on his way out to have some grass. Both horses worked well, I didn’t push Touchy too hard for the advanced movements and just worked on the basics, but he was submissive which is a good step forward. As I was packing his trunk, I was surprised at how many rugs he needs on a day to day basis, along with the travelling etc! Anyway, all looked to be in order, so loaded everything into the car and trailer ready for the morning. Luckily I am taking my car as well this time, so it’s not so much of a problem for space as usual – how I miss our lorry! Now Touchy is sorted – I have to start on my packing!

Tomorrow we are off!! Off to Quarantine...it will be a long and busy week but I’m looking forward to it and really up for it!
